PERSONAL RELEASE - E. Tiner Productions

I, for just and sufficient consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably agree with E. Tiner Productions, consisting of Joseph Cherkasky and Elisabeth Tantaros and/or Elisabeth Garson, that I will not provide the concept, scripts, footage, or any other documentation relating to the aforementioned footage to a movie house, production house, film producer, film director, or any such type of personages or organizations involved in the film and television industry,
be it for compensation or otherwise.

I understand, in choosing to view the footage in the aforementioned project, I am bound by this contract.
